Fullerton Man Identified as Victim of Shooting

A man found shot to death in an Anaheim apartment driveway this week was identified as Noel Torres Baltazar, 23, of Fullerton, police said.
Responding to reports of numerous shots fired about 9 p.m. Wednesday, police officers found Baltazar’s body in the 2100 block of Westport Circle near State College Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue.
Anaheim Police Sgt. Mike Hidalgo said that Baltazar apparently argued with acquaintances before the incident.
An investigation is continuing, police said.
