Bludgeoning Death Being Investigated

Detectives on Wednesday were investigating the death of a Villa Park man who police say was bludgeoned by his wife during an argument.
The woman, who was not identified, called 911 about 11 p.m. Tuesday from the couple’s home. The victim’s name was not released. Police said the victim appears to have died during a fight with his wife, who said she was stabbed during the altercation.
