Crenshaw Loses Clark for Basketball Playoffs

The City Section has declared Crenshaw senior guard Derrick Clark ineligible for the boys’ basketball playoffs because his eligibility has expired, said Crenshaw assistant coach Kelly Williams.
Clark, a starter for much of the season, averaged about 15 points per game.
Crenshaw (19-7), which plays host to Franklin (17-7) at 7:30 tonight, may have to forfeit an undisclosed number of regular-season games, said Barbara Fiege, director of interscholastic athletics for the City Section.
