19 People Reportedly Die in Kashmir Clashes

At least 19 people were killed in separatist violence in the disputed Himalayan region of Kashmir, Indian forces said.
In one clash in Jammu and Kashmir state, nine suspected Islamic militants were killed in a gun battle as they tried to cross the border from Pakistan into Indian territory, army spokesman Ranjeev Lal said.
