Holland America is banning smoking in all its ships’ dining areas. It plans to phase in the ban starting Friday and finish by mid-February, except for the Amsterdam, where the ban will be enforced after it returns from a world cruise April 30. All ships will continue to allow smoking in designated areas onboard.... Nearly 70 museums, zoos, performing arts centers and other attractions in New York City are offering their annual “Insider’s Hour” tours through March 31. These are special one-hour tours.
