Surplus School Site to Be Sold for $18.3 Million

A 22-acre surplus school site in Nellie Gail will be sold to William Lyon Co. for about $18.3 million, Saddleback Valley Unified School District officials said Monday.
The transaction is expected to close in early May, officials said.
