Government Restores Normal Ties With Cuba

Canada said it has put relations with Cuba back on track three years after freezing ties and scrapping visits by government ministers to protest Havana’s human rights record.
Denis Paradis, Canadian secretary of state for Latin America, will visit Cuba today through Wednesday for meetings with senior government officials.
