Harrison vigil today

A “George Harrison Flower Vigil,” presented by the Los Angeles Alliance for Survival, will take place today at noon at the Beatles’ Hollywood Walk of Fame star, at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea Avenue, to commemorate the first anniversary of the death of the singer-songwriter.
Fans are invited to bring flowers to place by the star and to perform a song, poem or spoken tribute. Information: (310) 399-1000.
