Rams’ Faulk Is Back at Practice

Marshall Faulk practiced with the St. Louis Rams Wednesday, a sign that the running back could be ready to face the Dallas Cowboys Sunday.
The Rams (0-3) didn’t have any news on results of an exam on Faulk’s strained neck, however.
Before practice, Coach Mike Martz said he was hopeful that team doctors would clear Faulk.
“He doesn’t have any neurological problems in terms of numbness, so they felt good it may not be a disk issue,” Martz said.
Faulk was injured when he was upended by Derrick Brooks during the Rams’ 26-14 loss to Tampa Bay Monday night.

Arizona quarterback Jake Plummer says he meant no disrespect to Cardinal fans when he complained about booing during the team’s 23-15 loss to San Diego Sunday.
After the game, Plummer said he could not care less about what fans shouted--only in much ruder terms.
“When I said that ... I meant the boos, not the fans,” Plummer said Wednesday. “I appreciate every fan that’s cheered for me and will continue to cheer for me.”
