Man, 85, Found Dead After Wandering Off

An 85-year-old man who wandered from his Rosemead home was found dead Monday, after apparently falling into a 20-foot-deep concrete drainage ditch, sheriff’s officials said.
Tuan Huynh went for a walk about 6:30 a.m. in the 3800 block of Walnut Grove Avenue.
A passerby found his body in the ditch near Valley Boulevard and Walnut Grove about 1:50 p.m., said sheriff’s Deputy Ramiro Juarez.
Huynh took medication, without which he became confused, Juarez said.
