Texan Wins $100,000 Prize in Bass Fishing

Alton Jones gave new meaning to the phrase “gone fishing” when an afternoon on Clear Lake netted him $100,000 for catching a mess of bass.
Jones, who lives in Waco, Texas, picked up the prize Sunday after winning the round of the Bassmaster Citgo Pro Tour.
He topped 99 other pros for first place after catching 10 bass weighing 38 pounds in the final two days of fishing.
