From Times Wire Reports
The alleged leaders of a Tulare County drug ring that is nearly two decades old have pleaded not guilty to federal drug-trafficking charges.
The group is accused of conspiring to distribute more than $1 million worth of methamphetamine in the United States and Mexico. The alleged ringleader, Prajedes Felix-Lopez, 53, entered an innocent plea Wednesday through his lawyer.
Nine others named in the 19-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury last week in Fresno also pleaded not guilty.
