Teen Faces Hit-and-Run Counts in Fatal Accident

A high school student charged with hitting a group of children with her car will face two counts of hit-and-run driving, a prosecutor said Friday.
Megan Coughran was driving to Palo Alto High School when she allegedly hit the children, one of whom died of her injuries.
