Update -- The Avengers are on the road for the first time this season after defeating defending ArenaBowl champion San Jose, 73-72, last week. Quarterback Tony Graziani overcame a team-record four interceptions and completed a two-point conversion pass to Greg Hopkins with one second left to give the Avengers their most significant victory in franchise history. Colorado, a first-year franchise owned in part by former Denver Bronco quarterback John Elway, is already familiar with close games. The Crush lost to Georgia, 44-40, and to Grand Rapids, 57-55. Quarterback John Dutton has passed for 491 yards and 11 touchdowns with only one interception. Offensive specialist Damian Harrell has 14 receptions and eight touchdowns.
