Many reasons

According to Dr. Charles Kenny, women who drive SUVs are trying to “assert independence” (“Why we drive what we drive,” Feb. 6). What kind of ridiculous hogwash is this? I have owned an SUV for 10 years. The reason is simple: My SUV has enough room to haul kids, dogs, groceries and golf clubs at the same time. By the way, I do know how to change a flat tire!
