A grenade attack in the southern Philippines killed nine people and injured at least 32 others, an army official said. The victims, most of them New Year’s revelers, were injured when an unidentified man tossed the grenade at a crowded stall selling firecrackers in the city of Tacurong on southern Mindanao island, Capt.
