Mortgage rates end week mixed

Mortgage interest rates were mixed in the week ending Friday. The rate for 30-year fixed rate mortgages held unchanged at 5.21%, Freddie Mac said.
Rates for 15-year fixed-rate mortgages, edged up to 4.62% from 4.60% the week before.
Rates for one-year adjustable mortgages fell to a new low of 3.5% from 3.54%.
