Best Remedy for Traffic: Metrolink

Re “A Connoisseur’s Commute,” Feb. 24:
As an outside salesman in Southern California for 30 years, I had to drive the freeways, but Howard and Mary Monise have an alternative: Metrolink.
It’s a 30-minute ride from west Corona to Santa Ana, with four convenient trains in the morning and late-afternoon rush hours.
With a little creativity, they should be able to get fellow employees to swing by Santa Ana to pick them up, or they could leave an old car at the station.
Anybody who lives in the Inland Empire commuting to the Orange County area should be aware of this in- expensive option.
