Where: Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park, Ontario.
Fast facts: Chino Don Lugo, the top-ranked Division I boys’ team in the state, is favored to win its second consecutive sweepstakes title in a race that will include No. 2 Murrieta Valley. In the girls’ sweepstakes, defending state Division I champion Murrieta Valley will race defending state Division II champion Hesperia Sultana for the first time this season. Senior Liza Pasciuto of Murrieta Valley is favored to win her third consecutive individual girls’ title and junior Fitsum Tesfa of Don Lugo is picked to win his first boys’ championship.

Central Park Invitational
When: Saturday, 8 a.m.
Where: Central Park, Huntington Beach.
Fast facts: Fountain Valley and Rolling Hills Estates Peninsula, the Nos. 8- and 9-ranked girls’ teams in the Southland by The Times, are expected to meet in the Division I race. Senior Olga Aulet-Leon of Peninsula and sophomore Crystal Reed of Fountain Valley should be among the individual leaders. Fountain Valley is favored to win the Division I boys’ title. The No. 7 Barons won the Sunset League all-teams’ meet at Central Park.

BOYS’ WATER POLO
S&R; Sport Cup
When: Today, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday, 12:30-9:45 p.m.
Where: Corona del Mar and Tustin highs.
Fast facts: Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday at 2:50 and 4 p.m. with the final at 8:40 p.m. All three games, as well as the third through seventh-place games, will be played at Corona del Mar.
