Drury Helps Sabres Win

Former Colorado player Chris Drury scored with 2:23 left and Martin Biron stopped 32 shots as the Buffalo Sabres beat the Avalanche, 3-1, Sunday night at Denver. The Sabres have won three in a row to climb over .500 (5-4) for the first time this season.
Drury beat Phil Sauve to the glove side from the right circle for his second goal this season. It extended his points streak to seven games.

Phoenix 3, Vancouver 3 -- Krystofer Kolanos scored on a wraparound with 1:14 left in the third period, giving the Coyotes the tie at Vancouver.
