FINALLY

Arriving: Stella Schwartz, who joined KOST-FM (103.5) in 1991 as an intern on “Lovesongs on the KOST,” was named program director of the adult contemporary station Friday. She had been assistant program director and music director for the last two years.

Departing: Danielle Brazell will step down at the end of the year as artistic director of Highways Performance Space. She has been programming the Santa Monica venue since January 2000.
