Regarding “Small Places Fill a Niche,” Sept. 14: Hurray for Santa Monica. I have been selling residential real estate in Laguna Beach for 13 years. We have not had anything to offer buyers for $230,000 for years.
Tiny condos like the one Bryce Prunty owns a half a mile from the beach in Santa Monica would literally fly off the shelf in downtown Laguna if only we had them.
