Laughing Gas

I love the high gas prices. I hope they go higher. As I sit reading The Times on the commuter express bus or drive my hybrid car past the gas station, I smile and wave at the SUV drivers filling their behemoths at $2.50 per gallon. At 12.5 miles to the gallon, a round trip for one of these monsters from Woodland Hills to downtown costs $10. Let the Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wannabes in their Hummers and the rest of the selfish, inconsiderate drivers of these road-hogging, view-blocking monsters pay the price for their folly -- $3 per gallon this summer!
