From Times Wire Reports
A supplier to the Trader Joe’s grocery chain announced the recall Friday of two guacamole products because of possible bacterial contamination.
Fresh Food Concepts Inc. said it was recalling 16-ounce containers of Trader Joe’s Fresh Guacamole and Senor Felix’s Guacamole because they possibly carried listeria, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections.
The products were sold on or after Feb. 13 at Whole Foods stores in Torrance and Los Angeles, as well as Trader Joe’s stores in Southern California.
