Body of Missing Sailor Found in Capsized Ship

The body of the last missing crew member of a Dutch cargo ship that capsized in port was found inside the hold as the Stellamare was being drained.
Divers found the body of Victor Alexeev, 46, of Russia, police said. The ship overturned Dec. 9 in the Port of Albany while being loaded with a 308-ton turbine. Three Russian sailors aboard died, and 15 were rescued.
