FORT WORTH — Sandora Irvin had 24 points and 10 rebounds to lead five scorers in double figures and No. 19 Texas Christian defeated New Mexico State, 96-63, Tuesday night.
Sinnamonn Garrett led New Mexico State (6-6) with 25 points.
Texas Christian (11-2) converted 17 first-half turnovers into 24 points and led, 52-31, at the break.
