Man Held in Scheme to Befriend, Rob Women

Police on Friday arrested a man they say robbed women and sexually assaulted them after befriending them at local bars.
Romilien Antonio Fleming, 31, of Lake Forest, was arrested at 3 a.m. after, police said, he robbed a woman’s home in the 300 block of 17th Place. The woman was not assaulted, police said.
Detectives believe Fleming was involved in at least two cases where women were attacked, said Lt. John FitzPatrick.
