BOYS’ BASKETBALL
* James Harden, Artesia: The freshman made all five of his three-point shots and finished with 17 points in a 62-59 intersectional victory over South Gate in the Freedom Classic Invitational at Long Beach City College.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
* Anna Fakatou and Neka Mixon, Long Beach Wilson: Fakatou had 17 points and 12 rebounds and Mixon had 14 points, 12 rebounds and five assists for No. 7 Wilson in a 59-54 victory over San Diego in an intersectional game at La Jolla Country Day.
GIRLS’ SOCCER
* Aarti Jain, Arcadia: Scored both goals for the No. 4 Apaches in a 2-1 victory over Pasadena La Salle.
