* Beverly Hills real estate investment fund Kennedy Wilson Inc. said it agreed to buy almost 1.3 million shares -- 15% of the company’s stock -- from an unidentified former employee for $12.5 million or $9.84 a share, about a 55% premium over Thursday’s closing price. The transaction ends the former employee’s consulting agreement with the company.
