Tribe Closes Casino in Dispute Over Games

The operators of an area casino have backed down in a dispute with federal regulators over Las Vegas-style slot machines and other games at the venue.
The Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians, which owns the Shodakai Casino, closed the casino Tuesday after the National Indian Gaming Commission threatened to send federal marshals to lock its doors.
