Studios Start Anti-Piracy Advertising Campaign

The Motion Picture Assn. of America has launched a multimillion-dollar ad campaign that casts as villains people who download movies without paying for them.
The public education campaign is a sequel to a similar one last year by the trade group representing Hollywood studios. This time the MPAA’s goals include alarming parents about the legal, financial and personal risks of illegal downloading.
