The Cortile Collection at the Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe, designed by Bassenian/Lagoni Architects, won the home of the year prize at the 41st annual Gold Nugget awards competition at PCBC last week in San Francisco.
The prize category was among 47 considered by a panel of judges for awards honoring achievement in architectural design and land-use planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Southern California architects and builders, from San Diego to Santa Barbara, won a total of 26 of the major awards, out of 640 entries from the western United States and Pacific Rim.
