Trouwhale drives angler berserk

Re “All About Trout” (April 20): The fish on the cover appears to be part trout and part whale. I am not aware of such a species. The cover headline also states that millions of dollars are blown, hours are squandered and people go berserk in pursuit of a speckled fish. The headline writer is ignorant of fishing’s impact on the economy and has no hobby other than working 24/7/365. On his deathbed, the writer may ask for one more day at work. I’ll ask for one more day on the stream with my lifelong fishing companions. Page 1 of your Collector’s Edition drove me berserk, a feeling that only time spent fishing will grant me recovery from.
