L.A. Office Tower Is Sold for $75 Million

The $75-million sale of an office tower at 6300 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles has closed.
New York real estate developer and investor Tishman Speyer Properties bought the 21-story high-rise from Atlanta-based asset manager Fosterlane Management Corp., said people familiar with the deal.
The building at the southwest corner of Wilshire and McCarthy Vista was completed in 1971 and is 85% leased, according to CoStar Group Inc. The largest tenant is Conde Nast Publications.
Cushman & Wakefield brokers Richard Plummer and David Hasbrouck represented the seller.
