Impeachment of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld Urged

The City Council has passed a resolution calling for President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld to be impeached.
Council members in the coastal hamlet passed the resolution 3 to 1 Wednesday.
The resolution says Bush violated numerous international laws in waging war against Afghanistan and Iraq. A similar resolution calling for Bush’s ouster last year failed to pass.
