From Times Staff Reports
A portion of Coast Highway was closed during the Thursday morning rush hour after a minor landslide of rocks and mud, officials said.
The road was closed about 7:45 a.m. south of Palisades Drive as work crews cleared debris, rocks and mud. The southbound lanes were reopened about 1 p.m. and northbound lanes were reopened later. Recent rains probably contributed to the landslide, officials said.
