Scuba Diver Dies After Excursion Off Catalina

A scuba diver died Saturday night after being brought to a hyperbaric chamber on Catalina Island, coroner’s officials said.
By late Sunday, the coroner still had not determined a cause of death or released the man’s name. The man died about 10 p.m. after a scuba-related accident and was brought by helicopter to the coroner’s office.
