Seeking Answers in the Deaths of Black Youths
- Share via
In Thursday’s paper, I saw that three young black men were killed -- and then a picture of a young black male accused of killing a young black girl. What is going on? Why are black youths dying at an alarming rate? Most are killed by another black and not the police or another ethnic group; so please, public leaders, especially black leaders, what is going on?
Is there a study being done, is there a panel, is there a conspiracy that the general public doesn’t know about, and what about accountability? You know America does a study on everything, so somebody must know something. It seems when there is a killing spree and anybody can be killed, the killer is sought with a vengeance. But when it’s just another black male, they never find the culprit; it just becomes another “cold case.”
Maybe more black males should volunteer for Iraq because their chances for living appear to be greater there than in Los Angeles.
