Interior Minister Fired Over Kidnapping

President Nicanor Duarte Frutos sacked Interior Minister Nelson Alcides Mora and 31 police officers a week after the kidnapped daughter of former President Raul Cubas was found dead.
Cecilia Cubas, 32, was seized by gunmen in September. One person has been arrested on suspicion of masterminding the kidnapping, authorities said.
