Jack Meyer is resigning as head of Harvard University’s $22.6-billion endowment to start his own investment firm and is taking the school’s top money managers with him. Meyer, 59, will be joined by bond managers David Mittelman and Maurice Samuels, as well as Edward DeNoble and Michael Pradko, Harvard said in a statement.
