Indictment in Killing of Pregnant Woman

A federal grand jury issued an indictment in Kansas City that allows prosecutors to seek the death penalty against a woman accused of killing an expectant mother and stealing her child.
Lisa Montgomery, 36, was indicted on a single count of kidnapping resulting in death. She will be arraigned next week.
Montgomery is charged with strangling Bobbie Jo Stinnett, 23, and cutting the baby from her womb. The girl survived the attack and is with her father.
