From Times Wire Reports
A former bank president who served 10 years in prison for stealing millions of dollars and sparking a state banking crisis will spend two more months behind bars for a parole violation.
Joseph Mollicone violated his parole by making a Christmas shopping trip without permission from his parole officer. Mollicone was jailed after a citizen spotted him at a mall and reported him to authorities.
The Rhode Island Parole Board voted in Cranston to keep Mollicone in prison until mid-March for the violation.
