Man Slain in Drive-By; Gang Link Suspected

A man was killed Wednesday in a drive-by shooting, police said.
The man, who was not named pending notification of relatives, was walking in the 1000 block of St. Gertrude Place about 1:30 p.m. when someone in a car fired at him and fled, police said.
The man was pronounced dead at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana. The incident is being considered gang-related, police said.
