Moscow — Among the 10 acts who played against the stunning backdrop of the stately brick-red St. Basil’s Cathedral was the Los Angeles-based Red Elvises, a trio of Russian emigres led by singer Igor Yuzov, who was outfitted in a black-and-yellow striped suit and got the crowd hopping with their song “Cosmonaut Petrov.”
