Re “Improper Handling of Koran Confirmed,” May 27: Having worked in Saudi Arabia, which prohibits one from bringing one’s own Bible in the country for personal use, I have wondered about alleged abuse of the Koran. Just who has been so kind as to provide these Korans and for us to allow their use (and abuse)? This is a privilege they should be thankful for. Instead it’s another cause to complain. What a bunch of crybabies!
