Police Seek Gunman Who Shot 2, Killing 1

Police were searching for a 26-year-old Harbor City man for questioning in the shooting of two construction workers as they arrived at a residential job site Saturday morning, Hermosa Beach Police Sgt. Paul Wolcott said.
The shootings -- one fatal -- occurred about 9 a.m. on 10th Street. Investigators said they had not determined the motive.
One victim died at an unnamed hospital, and the second was in critical condition after surgery, authorities said.
