6-Year-Old’s Killer Gets 60-Year Prison Sentence

A man was sentenced in San Antonio to 60 years in prison for smothering his girlfriend’s 6-year-old son and stuffing the boy’s body into an oven.
Kenneth Lee Pierott Jr., 28, had been convicted Wednesday by jurors who rejected his claim that he was insane at the time that Tre-Devin Odoms was killed.
