Another Tunnel Found Under Mexico Border

Federal officials have discovered a tunnel underneath the U.S.-Mexico border, the 16th such illicit tunnel located along the border found in the last four years, officials said Thursday.
The tunnel, which appeared to be incomplete, extended about 90 feet into the U.S.
