Finally! Now It’s Time for Hot Stove League

I just want to say that I’m kind of happy that the White Sox won it all. Now Doug Eddings will finally get that World Series ring.

I have a great idea for all you baseball “fans” complaining about this year’s World Series involving two uninteresting teams: Major League Baseball should eliminate the small- and medium-market teams. The Yankees and Red Sox can make up the American League, and the Mets and the Dodgers the National League.

Or better yet, maybe all you whiners could keep your inane opinions to yourselves. Some of us like to watch a World Series with the best teams -- not the most popular -- no matter what cities they represent.
