Risky business has paid off for the Discovery Channel, which has ordered “Deadliest Catch 2” and “Deadly Seasons” from Original Prods. to continue following people in dangerous lines of work.
“Catch” showed what it takes to deliver crab to your table from the Bering Sea, and the follow-up will focus on deep-sea lobster crews off Massachusetts. “Seasons” will head to tornado country and to California for fire season, as well as to the Arctic to catch iceberg wranglers.
